1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2Eligibility

Access to and use of ak443 is conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age, with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are registering only one account in your own name. You are not registering on behalf of a third party or operating an account for the benefit of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent or close relative of an employee of ak443 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an ak443 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity or any other policy violation.

ak443 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of age and proof of address — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Registration and Security

To access the games and services available on ak443, you must first register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide your Bangladeshi mobile number, a secure password of your choice, your date of birth and your full legal name. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. ak443 reserves the right to verify any information provided.

Registration Requirements

• Each player may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.
• You must complete the OTP (one-time password) verification step using the Bangladeshi mobile number provided at registration. This number becomes your primary account identifier.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that all personal details on your account remain accurate and up-to-date throughout your use of the Platform. Changes to registered personal information must be made through the account settings or by contacting support.
• ak443 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason, in accordance with its internal KYC and compliance policies.

Account Security Obligations

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. ak443 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ak443 support immediately at [email protected]. The support team can suspend your account within minutes to prevent further unauthorised activity.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

ak443 supports the following deposit methods for Bangladeshi players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳100 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

• Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — deposits credited instantly to your gaming balance.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — processing time 1–6 hours depending on banking hours.
• Card payments: Visa and Mastercard — subject to issuing bank approval and applicable international transaction fees charged by your bank (not by ak443).
• ak443 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees visible at the time of payment are applied by your chosen payment provider, not by ak443.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with ak443's KYC policy. Withdrawals are processed only to the payment method used to make the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. The following processing timelines apply:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: processed within 10 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours; within 30 minutes at all other times.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: processed within 30 minutes during BST business hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: processed within 1–24 hours depending on receiving bank processing schedules.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while an active bonus balance is held in the account may be subject to applicable wagering requirements before the withdrawal is approved.

5Bonuses and Promotions

ak443 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to players who have fully completed the registration and identity verification process and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x) applied to the bonus amount or to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount. The wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player may not claim the welcome bonus more than once, regardless of whether a previous account was closed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of completed wagering requirements, or used in any manner not explicitly authorised by the applicable promotion terms.
• ak443 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game(s) stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets available on ak443. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant game interface and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Once a bet or game round has been confirmed and submitted, it cannot be altered, cancelled or retracted. Players are responsible for reviewing their selections before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction or disconnection during a game round, ak443 will use game logs and server records to determine the correct outcome. Where the outcome cannot be determined, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account.
• All cricket betting markets are subject to the specific market rules published within the sports betting section of ak443. In the event of a match being abandoned, voided or suspended mid-play, settled bets will follow the relevant market rules for that event type.
• Maximum winnings per single game round or betting event may be subject to platform-level caps, which are published within the relevant game or market. ak443 reserves the right to void and refund any bet placed in excess of the published maximum stake or maximum win limit.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules displayed within each live game table govern the conduct of that game. ak443 is not responsible for errors made by live dealers, provided that the game provider's standard operating procedures were followed.

ak443 reserves the right to suspend any game, betting market or the entire Platform for scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance or system upgrades. Where possible, advance notice will be provided. No compensation is payable for service interruptions resulting from planned or emergency maintenance.

7Responsible Gaming

ak443 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available through the account settings menu and are effective immediately upon activation:

• Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap to control your spending. Deposit limits can be decreased immediately and increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out. This feature is useful for managing the time you spend on the Platform each day.
• Time-out: take a short break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, you cannot access your account, place bets or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ak443. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the stated period. To request self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected].

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ak443. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, spider, automated tool or artificial intelligence system to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ak443.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund an ak443 account.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches or unintended game mechanics for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are not payable and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in real-time during live casino games, or coordinate betting patterns to circumvent wagering requirements or gain unfair advantage.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account, identity or payment method, whether with or without that person's knowledge or consent.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification or any other interaction with ak443, including support communications.

9Account Suspension and Termination

ak443 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any specific promotion terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, fraud, money laundering or any other activity that may expose ak443 to legal, financial or reputational risk.
• Request by the account holder to close the account, subject to any pending wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.

10Intellectual Property

All content on ak443, including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, layout, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, images and promotional materials, is the property of ak443 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No element of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of ak443.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to sub-licence, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak443 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage of any kind, even if ak443 has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
• Any disruption, delay or unavailability of the Platform caused by factors outside ak443's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, power failures or acts of god.
• ak443's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of the deposits made by that player into their ak443 account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy

ak443's collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the ak443 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy is available at ak443.app/privacy-policy.

13Amendments to These Terms & Conditions

ak443 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, ak443 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number registered to their account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is the player's responsibility to review the current version of these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ak443 operates. In the event of a dispute between a player and ak443, the player should first contact the ak443 support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. ak443 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. ak443 does not accept disputes raised more than 60 days after the relevant event.
